Sean Morrow - Director and Licensed Supervisor
Sean has 16 years of experience working in the landscaping industry, and has a strong knowledge of plants. He has studied the landscape trade and permaculture design certificates, and holds a Certificate 3 in Horticulture "Landscape". He is also licensed to carry out all ‘structural landscaping’ works (QBSA Act Licence No 1119365). He draws his inspiration from nature, preferring to use natural materials within the landscape. His passions include native bird and frog attracting gardens, water features, timber and stone construction, and organics, permaculture, and bio-dynamics.
Margaret 'Mimi' Morrow - Director and Secretary
Mimi’s expertise lies in administration. She is responsible for One Earth’s accounts and payroll, and assists Sean with business planning, marketing and promotional activities. Originally from the USA, Mimi’s background is as an international public health specialist with experience working in Latin America and Asia. Mimi is bilingual in English and Spanish. Together with Sean, they have a daughter.
Steven Hayes - Site Manager
As Site Manager, Steven’s expertise lies in team management and in the construction of timber features: decks, retaining walls, steps, fencing and gates. Steven is also experienced in irrigation, paving, concreting, drainage, water features, planting, mulching, turf laying and garden lay-out. He has completed a Certificate 3 in Horticulture, a Certificate 4 in Small Business Management, and plays a key role in the day-to-day running of One Earth. He is passionate about the environment, and growing food organically.
Bradley Fayolle - Landscape Assistant
Bradley is skilled in the construction of timber retaining walls, decks, steps, paving, water features, planting, mulching and turf laying. He holds a Certificate 1 in Conservation and Land Management (studied through Green Corp’s), and has also completed a Permaculture Design Certificate. His plant knowledge is continually developing, and he is committing time to further studies for a Certificate 3 in Horticulture. Originally from Australia, he grew-up in Vanuatu and is bilingual in English and French. He has also worked in the landscaping industry in New Zealand, and is passionate about the environment, growing food organically, and the creation of useful garden spaces.
